By booking catering services or placing an order with Kabayan Bites, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
All catering bookings require a $100 non-refundable booking fee to secure your event date. The booking fee will be applied toward the total catering cost if the booking proceeds. Event dates must be scheduled at least 7 days in advance.
If you need to cancel your catering booking, you must notify us at least 2 weeks prior to the event date to receive a refund. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the event date will forfeit the $100 booking fee. The booking fee is non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of the event.
Payment for catering services and online orders must be made in full at the time of booking or order placement. We accept online payment through our website. The $100 booking fee for catering is non-refundable except as stated in our Cancellation Policy.
Kabayan Bites reserves the right to modify menu items, pricing, and availability. We will communicate any significant changes to your booking as soon as possible. Prices are subject to change without notice for future bookings.
While we strive to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions, please clearly indicate all requirements when booking. Kabayan Bites is not responsible for any allergic reactions or dietary concerns that arise from undisclosed information. Customers are responsible for informing all event attendees of potential allergens.
If you need to change your event date, we will do our best to accommodate the request based on availability. Changes must be requested at least 2 weeks prior to the original event date. A $25 rescheduling fee may apply if a new date is available.
For catering events, the food truck will arrive at your specified location within the agreed-upon timeframe. Setup and breakdown services are included in catering packages. The customer is responsible for providing adequate parking and access to power and water if needed for the food truck.
Final guest count must be confirmed at least 3 days before your event. Kabayan Bites will prepare based on the confirmed guest count. Additional charges may apply for unexpected increases in guest count, or refunds may be issued for significant decreases.
Kabayan Bites shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to food quality issues, delays, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control such as weather, equipment failure, or force majeure events.
Online orders must be placed with sufficient advance notice for preparation. Pickup times are estimated and may vary slightly. Kabayan Bites is not responsible for orders not claimed within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time.
All content on the Kabayan Bites website, including text, images, logos, and recipes, is the property of Kabayan Bites and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use is prohibited without written permission.
Users agree not to engage in any behavior that disrupts, harasses, or interferes with Kabayan Bites services. This includes but is not limited to abusive language, threats, or discrimination. Kabayan Bites reserves the right to refuse service to anyone in violation of these terms.
By submitting a review or feedback, you grant Kabayan Bites the right to use, display, and share your review on our website and social media platforms. You represent that your review is truthful, not defamatory, and does not infringe upon third-party rights.
Kabayan Bites reserves the right to modify these Terms of Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
